We had a fire in our condominium building and we called Custom Crating and Logistics to take the fine art that our restoration company would not take, plus a very large piece of fine art and a very heavy and large mirror.  Juan from Custom Crating came by to assess our needs and plan for removal & crating.  While he was here, the restoration company chose additional art that they would not take and let us know that they found out they could not take our piano.  I became a bit more anxious than I had been at that point and Juan quelled my anxiety and said that he would take anything that we needed him to take, including the piano!  I wanted to hug him!  They delivered everything when we moved back 6 months later.  They coordinated delivery with our contractor so the items could be hung.  They uncrated everything downstairs so they optimized their use of the freight elevator and cleaned up everything afterwards.  The 5 men they sent helped hang our larger items and we were thrilled to see that they had packed up the hanging brackets with the art & mirror so there was no chaos.  Custom Crating & Logistics not only handled out items with professionalism and extreme care, they were so friendly and easy to do business with. There is no one better than custom crating.  I shipped a hood to a classic car from Chicago to Southern California.  They picked up the hood in Chicago and expertly built a crate that I would describe as bomb proof.  Their communication with me throughout the project was thorough and quick.  It cost a little bit more than one would expect but it was worth it.  Their customer service is A+ as far as my experience is concerned.
